The segment routing processing method comprises: calculating a strategy path from a source node to a destination node, allocating an unused identifier to the strategy path, issuing the strategy path and mapping information about the identifier to a forwarding node, or issuing a strategy sub-path and the mapping information about the identifier to the forwarding node. The segment routing processing apparatus comprises a construction module and a sending module. The segment routing message sending apparatus comprises a receiving module and a forwarding module.
