RECOMBINANT EUKARYOTIC STRAIN FOR PRODUCING TAXADIENE AND METHOD FOR PREPARING TAXADIENE USING SAME

Provided is a recombinant eukaryotic strain for producing taxadiene and a method for preparing taxadiene using same. The recombinant eukaryotic strain is obtained by introducing the following into the eukaryotic strain: a gene expression cassette expressing GGPP synthase A, a gene expression cassette expressing taxadiene synthase, a gene expression cassette expressing 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A reductase, anda fused gene expression cassette of a gene expressing FPP synthase and a gene expressing GGPP synthase B; wherein the promoter of the gene expression cassette expressing GGPP synthase A is TDH1; the promoter of the gene expression cassette expressing taxadiene synthase is ENO2; the promoter of the gene expression cassette expressing 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A reductase is PDC1; and the promoter of the fused gene expression cassette is GPM1.
