Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a low-gloss heat-resistant ABS resin composition and a preparation method therefor. The low-gloss heat-resistant ABS resin composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts by weight of an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin, 5-30 parts by weight of a heat-resistant agent, 1-5 parts by weight of a matte master batch D, 0.2-1.0 part by weight of a light stabilizer, and 0.5-2.0 parts by weight of other adjuvants. The preparation method comprises: stirring and fully mixing the above-mentioned raw materials in a high-speed mixing machine, then feeding same into a twin-screw extruder through a metering device, melting and compounding the materials under the conveying, shearing and mixing of the screws, and then subjecting same to extrusion, pulling of the extruded strips, cooling and pelletizing steps to obtain the low-gloss heat-resistant ABS resin composition.
