Zusammenfassung:	To provide a solid composition with which it is possible to extract nucleic acid highly efficiently from a solution in which biological components are dissolved, the composition being capable of being recycled after use. This problem is solved by particles containing graphene oxide and/or graphite oxide as well as cellulose. La présente invention concerne une composition solide avec laquelle il est possible d'extraire un acide nucléique de façon très efficace à partir d'une solution dans laquelle des constituants biologiques sont dissous, la composition étant capable d'être recyclée après utilisation. Ce problème est résolu par des particules contenant de l'oxyde de graphène et/ou de l'oxyde de graphite ainsi que de la cellulose. 　生体成分が溶解した溶液中から核酸を高効率で抽出することができ、使用後にリサイクルすることが可能な固体状の組成物を提供する。　グラフェンオキサイド及び／又はグラファイトオキサイド並びにセルロースを含む粒子が上記課題を解決できる。
