Zusammenfassung:	A gate driver on array (GOA) circuit for liquid crystal display, comprising a plurality of cascaded shift registers; the charging of a N-level scan line in a display area is controlled according to a N-level shift register; the N-level shift register comprises a pull-up part (200), a key pull-down part (400), a pull-down holding part (600), a pull-up control part (100), a transfer part (300) and a boast capacitance (Cb); the N-level scan line is replaced by a constant voltage signal source or two groups of signal sources to execute a transfer. Also disclosed is a display device. The GOA circuit reduces the load of the N-level scan line and the risk associated with a cascade transmission line and can control the scanning in a forward or reverse direction.
