Zusammenfassung: | The invention is intended for capturing fine, aerosol and liquid spray particles and also mechanical impurities from a gas flow at sub-zero ambient air temperatures and can be used in the oil, gas and chemical industries and other branches of industry. A wellhead baffle for liquids and mechanical impurities comprises a body, in the upper part of which there is mounted at least one apparatus for separating a liquid-gas flow into phases, while the lower part of the body is a horizontally disposed storage tank for liquid and mechanical impurities. A shell with at least one lid is disposed around the body. In the upper part of the body there is at least one inlet pipe for a gas-liquid flow, and at least one outlet pipe for gas is mounted at the end of the shell. In the proposed device, a warm flow of a gas-liquid mixture is fed to a vertical part of a body through an inlet pipe and enters a phase separating apparatus where all types of mechanical impurities and also liquid are separated from the gas, said impurities and liquid falling into the lower horizontal storage part of the body whereas the gas rises, exits the phase separating apparatus, hits the lid of the shell and necessarily enters the space between the outer wall of the body and the inner wall of the shell, descending to an outlet pipe situated in the lower part of the shell. The proposed invention is intended to reduce the energy expended in heating the body while at the same time increasing the reliability and efficiency of the process by preventing the formation of hydrates and ice.
L'invention a pour but de piéger les particules à faible dispersion, d'aérosol et de gouttelettes de liquide ainsi que les impuretés mécaniques dans un flux de gaz à des températures négatives de l'air ambiant, et peut être utilisée dans l'industrie dupétrole, du gaz, en chimie et dans d'autres branches de l'industrie.
