IMPROVED SEED FILM INSTALLATION DEVICE

The present invention relates to an improved seed film installation device installed on the rear end of an agricultural machine, such as a riding-type covering machine, a rice-planting machine, a tractor, a cultivator, or a farm master, the seed film installation device comprising: a frame provided on the rear end of the agricultural machine; a seed film cradling unit, around which a seed film is wound, and which is rotatably installed on the frame; a seed film pressurization unit installed on the lower portion of the seed film cradling unit so as to press a seed film, which has been spread on the ground of a farmland, from the upper surface, thereby pressurizing the same; a seed film unfolding unit provided in the type of a roller between the seed film cradling unit and the seed film pressurization unit, with reference to a direction in which the seed film is unwound, so as to unfold the seed film; a seed film fixing unit provided in the type of a wheel spaced from the rear side of the seed film pressurization unit by a specific interval so as to pressurize the pressurized seed film from the upper surface, thereby fixing the same; and a pincer-coupled cutter unit fixedly installed on the frame between the seed film pressurization unit and the seed film fixing unit so as to cut/separate the seed film by means of a separate device and so as to hold and store the cut seed film. The present invention, as described above, is advantageous in that, on a dry paddy field, the seed film is fixed using soil scattered from a soil scattering unit, which is installed on the front side, and which is equipped with a soil scattering blade, thereby guaranteeing efficient installation of the seed film even on a dry paddy field; and, on a wet paddy field, operation of the soil scattering unit is stopped such that the seed film can be efficiently installed and fixed not only on a dry paddy field, but also on a wet paddy field.
