IMAGE DISPLAY CONTROL DEVICE AND IMAGE DISPLAY SYSTEM

An image display control device according to an embodiment comprises: an image generating unit that generates a display image to be displayed on a display device and including a vehicle exterior image based on at least a portion of a captured image which is captured by an image capturing unit having an image capturing range from a direction in which the rear end section of the vehicle body can be seen to above the horizontal direction on the rear side of the vehicle; a range changing unit that changes the range, within the captured image, to be included in the display image for when the vehicle is moving forward and for when the vehicle is moving in reverse; and a display control unit that controls the display device so as to display said display image.
