L'invention concerne une composition de résine pour scellement qui peut être moulée autour d'un élément semi-conducteur, cette composition de résine pour scellement comprenant une résine époxy (A), un agent de traitement (B), une matière de charge inorganique (C) et un composé diaminotriazine (D) représenté par la formule générale (1) ci-dessous.
