Zusammenfassung:The utility model relates to the field of magnetic defectoscopy, to devices for the non-destructive testing of pipelines, and to a magnetic system of an intra-pipe defectoscope. The technical result of the claimed utility model consists in decreasing the mutual influence of main bands of magnetic modules, and in improving the uniformity of distribution of a magnetic field in the circumferential and longitudinal directions. A transverse-magnetization magnetic system with secured magnetic modules for an intra-pipe defectoscope consists of two main magnetic module bands and four additional magnetic module bands, which are installed on two magnetic conductors which are connected via a non-magnetic insert. Each magnetic module consists of permanent magnets and wire brushes, which act to transmit magnetic flux to a wall of a pipeline. Neighboring magnetic modules in a band have magnetic fields which are oppositely directed in an interpolar space. The main poles of the magnetic modules are angularly offset relative to one another. The additional magnetic module bands are installed at the edges of the main magnetic module bands, wherein two additional magnetic modules are provided between the bands of the main magnetic modules and act to compensate the mutual influence of the magnetic field of the main magnetic modules and to reduce the asymmetry of the magnetic field which is caused by the close proximity of the main poles. Each additional band, of the magnetic modules for correcting the asymmetry of the field, is angularly offset relative to the main magnetic band. Le modèle d'utilité de l'invention se rapporte à la défectoscopie magnétique, concerne des procédés de contrôle non destructifs de conduits, et concerne un système magnétique de défectoscope intra-tubulaire.
