Zusammenfassung:	The application comprises a catheter with a balloon unit serving as a valve providing the discharge of fluid inside the bladder by deflating and preventing the discharge of the fluid inside the bladder by inflating the balloon. The balloon (1) is connected to the probe system by an air duct (2). Said air duct (2) has an opening (2. a) at the end of the air duct (2) where the fluid passes for inflating the balloon (1). L'invention concerne un cathéter à ballonnet servant de valve, qui permet l'évacuation du fluide se trouvant à l'intérieur de la vessie par dégonflement du ballonnet, et qui empêche l'évacuation du fluide se trouvant à l'intérieur de la vessie par gonflement du ballonnet. Le ballonnet (1) est raccordé au système de sonde par un conduit d'air (2). Ledit conduit d'air (2) comporte une ouverture (2.a) située à l'extrémité du conduit d'air (2) où passe le fluide pour gonfler le ballonnet (1).
