Zusammenfassung:	A terminal device wake-up method, device and system, the method used for a terminal device side comprising: after a terminal device in a dormant state receives a voice call from the server on a network side, the terminal device disconnects the voice call, and enters a working state from the dormant state; the terminal device in the working state transmits a data link establishment request to the server on the network side; if the data link is successfully established, the terminal device and the server on the network side conducts data communication via the data link. The server on the network side directly calls the terminal device in the dormant state via the voice call, and the terminal device directly disconnects the voice call, and wakes up the terminal device to enter the working state; the terminal device in the working state and the server communicate with each other after establishing a data link.
