COMPOUNDS AND METHODS FOR TREATING TUBERCULOSIS

The present invention relates to compounds of Formula (I), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein R1 is selected from methyl, pyrrolidinyl optionally substituted with one or more of fluorine, methyl and hydroxyl, piperidinyl, morpholinyl, fluorobenzylazetidinyl, methylamino substituted with one or more of phenyl, methyl and chlorophenyl, and benzylhydroxylamino; and R2 is selected from phenyl substituted with chlorine or -CHF2, pyridinyl substituted with methyl or -CHF2, -CHF2, cyclopropyl and benzylpyrrolidinyl, to pharmaceutical composition comprising the compounds, to their use in the treatment and or prevention of tuberculosis caused by mycobacterial species, and to their methods of preparation. La présente invention concerne des composés de Formule (I), ou un de leurs sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables, dans laquelle R1 est sélectionné parmi un méthyle, un pyrrolidinyle facultativement substitué par un ou plusieurs éléments parmi fluor, méthyle et hydroxyle, un pipéridinyle, un morpholinyle, un fluorobenzylazetidinyle, un méthylamino substitué par un ou plusieurs éléments parmi phényle, méthyle et chlorophényle, et un benzylhydroxylamino; et R2 est sélectionné parmi un phényle substitué par du chlore ou -CHF2, un pyridinyle substitué par du méthyle ou -CHF2, -CHF2, un cyclopropyle et un benzylpyrrolidinyle. L'invention concerne également une composition pharmaceutique comprenant les composés, leur utilisation dans le traitement et/ou la prévention de la tuberculose provoquée par des espèces mycobactériennes, et leurs procédés de préparation.
