Zusammenfassung:	A liner, comprising a layered material in which a carded nonwoven wadding is thermally bonded to a thin carded nonwoven top layer, for upholstered furniture. In the liner, a high proportion of the staple fibers in the top layer are thin bi-component binder fibers. Further, at least 20 wt% of the staple fibers in the wadding is thick staple fibers. Furthermore, also the wadding comprises bi-component binder fibers. L'invention porte sur une doublure, qui comprend un matériau en couches dans lequel une nappe ouatée non-tissée cardée est thermiquement liée à une couche supérieure non tissée cardée fine, pour un meuble tapissé. Dans la doublure, une proportion élevée des fibres courtes dans la couche supérieure sont des fibres de liaison bicomposées minces. De plus, au moins 20 % en poids de fibres courtes dans la nappe ouatée sont des fibres courtes épaisses. De plus, la nappe ouatée comprend également des fibres de liaison bicomposées.
