METHOD FOR MIXED CULTURE OF HIPPOCAMPUS, ABALONE AND GRACILARIA

A method for mixed culture of hippocampus, abalone and gracilaria. The method comprises the following steps: using a cement pond as a culture pond, injecting filtered sea water into the culture pond after the culture pond is fully cleaned and exposed to the sun, and paving four-corner bricks on the bottom of the culture pond; performing microalgae breeding of a water body before culture; constructing an ecological system, wherein environment parameters of the culture pond are that the water temperature is 25±3ºC, the salinity is 20±5‰, the power of hydrogen is 8±0.2, the illumination intensity is 2000-5000 lx, and the dissolved oxygen is 4-8 mg/l; and performing mixed culture: separately breeding and hatching early breeding organisms, and placing gracilaria, hippocampus and abalone into the ecological culture pond for mixed culture after the average body length of the hippocampus reaches 2 cm and the average body length of the abalone reaches 1 cm.
