Zusammenfassung:	An electrophoresis running tank assembly uses two opposed rows of LEDs to illuminate DNA-containing gel on a transparent tray positioned between the rows. A respective cylindrical lens is positioned horizontally between each row and a respective edge of the tray. The optical axis of the illumination light is midway between a bottom surface of the gel tray (62) and a top surface of the gel. La présente invention concerne un ensemble cuve de migration pour électrophorèse faisant appel à deux rangées opposées de DEL pour éclairer un gel contenant un ADN sur un plateau transparent positionné entre les rangées. Une lentille cylindrique respective est positionnée horizontalement entre chaque rangée et un bord respectif du plateau. L'axe optique de la lumière d'éclairage se trouve à mi-chemin entre une surface inférieure du plateau de gel (62) et une surface supérieure du gel.
