Zusammenfassung:The present device makes it possible to increase the amount of energy stored, improve reliability and reduce dimensions. This technical result is achieved in that the device comprises a housing, a shaft, a flywheel comprised of at least two flywheels, means for kinematically connecting the shaft to the flywheel, a resilient element for the spring-loading of rolling contact bearings, a helical oil pump, a seal, and a cage. The kinematic connecting means are comprised of: a tube; an intermediate shaft; a post with an oil reservoir situated therebelow which is connected to the upper end of the post by a channel for supplying oil to an upper rolling contact bearing; and a flexible coupling, which is mounted between the shaft and the intermediate shaft. The flywheels are fastened between flanges to the outer surface of the tube, and the rolling contact bearings are mounted between the inner surface of the tube and the outer surface of the post. The cage is mounted on the edge of the end of the post with the oil reservoir, and the inner surface of the cage, facing the lower flange, is provided with an annular groove in which is mounted a part of the end of the tube which projects beyond the lower flange. The helical oil pump is comprised of helical grooves in the wall of the annular groove and/or is comprised of helical grooves in the wall of the above-mentioned part of the end of the tube. Resilient supports are provided between the outer surface of the cage and the bottom of the housing. The seal is mounted on the shaft, below the flexible coupling.
