Zusammenfassung: | The purpose of the present invention, which relates to an inductive sensor circuit, is to improve the response speed of detecting and outputting the position of the cylinder exhaust valve of an engine. To this end, the inductive sensor circuit according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a detection circuit unit comprising a condenser, which is connected in parallel to the inductor of an inductive sensor and forms an oscillation circuit, and a first control unit for receiving as an input, rectifying, smoothing, converting into a first digital signal, and outputting the electrical signal of an oscillation waveform generated by the oscillation circuit; a linearization circuit unit comprising a second control unit for receiving as an input an analogue signal measured by the micrometer of the inductive sensor, converting same into a second digital signal, comparing the second digital signal with the first digital signal, and outputting a linearized data signal, a zero adjuster for adjusting the zero point of the data signal, and a span adjuster for adjusting the maximum value of the zero point; an output circuit unit comprising a third control unit for receiving as an input, converting into an analogue voltage signal, and outputting the data signal output by the second control unit, a first operational amplifier for reading and outputting the code of the voltage signal input by the third control unit, and a second operational amplifier for amplifying and transmitting to an external output terminal the voltage signal input by the first operational amplifier; and a power circuit unit for providing a constant voltage for circuit operation and supplying a reference voltage to an A/D converter embedded in the second control unit.
