Zusammenfassung: | The integrated ionizing radiation dosimeter - radiation meter - spectrometer contains the radiation detector (16) designed as the p-i-n diode (in which the heavily-doped p-type and n-type regions are formed in the lightly-doped n-type (silicon) semiconductor region by ion implantation or diffusion). The integrated ionizing radiation dosimeter - radiation meter - spectrometer also contains the control and data transmission interface (9), calibrator (17), voltage converter (14) and (possibly bare) integrated circuit (19), consisting of the interlinked charge-sensitive amplifier (15), controlled shaping amplifier (13), spectrometer (11) with amplitude-to-digital converter and comparators and the microprocessor (10) linked to the control and data transmission interface (9) which can be connected to the mobile communication device (20) data and power supply buses. Connected to the microprocessor (10) are the calibrator (17) and voltage converter (14) linked to the radiation detector (16) which, in its turn, is connected to the charge-sensitive amplifier (15). The integrated ionizing radiation dosimeter - radiation meter - spectrometer has the small-size casing which design allows for its easy and quick installation into a mobile communication device (20), including smartphone, tablet PC and laptop, and also has the self-contained power supply. The spectrometer (11) includes the trial-and-error amplitude- to-digital converter and the set of threshold comparators and peak detectors. The integrated dosimeter - radiation meter - spectrometer is connected to the microprocessor (10) via the wireless communication interface (12). The invention (design solution) is intended for extending the functionality of the device along with decreasing of the size of detector incorporated in it for the use as the single integrated dosimeter - radiation meter - spectrometer.
