La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant de récupérer par amplification des fragments d'acide nucléique séparés lors du séquençage. S'il est utilisé, le procédé selon la présente invention présente l'avantage d'accroître le taux de récupération des fragments d'acide nucléique recherchés par une réduction efficace de la banque d'ADN à amplifier. 본 발명은 서열 확인 과정에서 분리된 핵산 단편들을 증폭하여 회수하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 방법을 이용할 경우 증폭할 DNA 라이브러리를 효과적으로 축소하여 소망하는 핵산 단편들의 회수 효율을 높일 수 있는 장점이 있다.
