Zusammenfassung:The utility model relates to radio-technical navigation systems and can be used in determining the coordinates of moving objects, in a certain local zone, with a required accuracy of coordinate determination. The technical problem which the utility model aims to solve consists in increasing the accuracy of coordinate determination, in providing a high level of information security, in determining with sufficient accuracy the coordinates of navigational entities traveling at high speeds, in providing for the functioning of the system in open and enclosed spaces, and in satisfying the requirements of electromagnetic compatibility with other radio-electronic means. The technical result is achieved in that a known device, containing radio beacons and a computer, is provided with: a navigation server, the inputs of which receive signals from the radio beacons, and signals from an output of the navigation server pass through a communications channel to user navigation equipment of a navigational entity and to a communications module of a dispatch station; phase differentiators of the navigation server, the inputs of which receive scale-frequency signals from the outputs of the radio beacons, and the outputs of which are connected to the inputs of the navigation server computer; an interface module of the navigation server; user navigation equipment is installed on the navigational entity, said equipment including a dispatch channel, a request channel, a navigation-information-receiving radio-channel, a control and display unit, a directed coupler, a receiving antenna and a transmitting antenna, and said equipment providing for the radiation of a dual-frequency harmonic request signal which travels to an input of the radio beacons and then, from beacon limiters, to inputs of the navigation server; in the server, signals of the dual-frequency harmonic signal which have different frequencies are determined and the phase differences of the signals which have different frequencies and which were received by the radio beacons are measured; the measurements are used for computing the location of the navigational entity, wherein the computation of the coordinates of the navigational entity is carried out by the navigation server and is sent by means of the communications channel to the user navigation equipment of the navigational entity and to the communications module of the dispatch station.
