A parking switching valve (2) has a first spool (3) and a second spool (4) arranged adjacent on the same axis. When the first spool (3) is in a second position and the second spool (4) is in a third position, line pressure (PL) is supplied to a parking device (10) to achieve a parking release state. Even if the first spool (3) sticks in this state, line pressure (PL) acts on a third input port (a3) via a first output port (b1), moving the second spool (4) to a fourth position, whereby communication between a second input port (a2) and a second output port (b2) is blocked, and the parking release state can be achieved without supplying line pressure (PL) to the parking device (10).
