DISPLAY APPARATUS

Disclosed is a display apparatus wherein: a lower frame (F1) and a holding frame (F2) are fixed to each other by screwing; each of the frames (F1, F2) has screw holes for fixing the frames (F1, F2) to each other, said screw holes being formed, in a planar view, at positions that are point-symmetrical with respect to the center of each of the frames (F1, F2); the lower frame (F1) has cutout sections (14); the holding frame has protruding sections (24) that fit in the cutout sections (14), respectively; the cutout sections (14) are formed at positions that are non point-symmetrical with respect to the center of the lower frame (F1); the protruding sections (24) are formed at positions that are non point-symmetrical with respect to the center of the holding frame (F2).
