L'invention concerne un vin de couleur rosé saumon obtenu à partir de variétés de raisins blancs. L'invention concerne également le procédé permettant d'obtenir le vin, les variétés de raisins blancs utilisées étant identifiées. L'invention concerne, en outre, des boissons alcoolisées, des vins mousseux et des vins semi-mousseux obtenus à partir du vin rosé de couleur saumon.
