L'invention se rapporte à une extrémité de boîte de conserve et à une languette pour accouplement à l'extrémité de boîte de conserve et à un procédé apparenté. L'extrémité de boîte de conserve est continue. La languette est conçue pour s'accoupler à l'extrémité de boîte de conserve à l'aide d'un support, qui accouple la languette à l'extrémité de boîte de conserve sans traverser l'extrémité de boîte de conserve.
