Zusammenfassung:	One embodiment of the present invention relates to an apparatus for controlling a combined operation of a construction machine, comprising: a first pump and a second pump for supplying under the operation of an operation unit pressurised oil to a plurality of actuators for driving and swinging operations of a construction machine; a driving control spool for interconnecting the first pump and a driving motor; a swing control spool for interconnecting the first pump and a swing motor that is positioned downstream of the driving control spool; and a driving priority valve for supplying the pressurised oil discharged from the first pump to the driving control spool and for supplying the pressurised oil discharged from the second pump to the swing control spool during the combined driving and swinging operation of the construction machine.
