The present invention improves the accuracy of analyzing the preferences of a user browsing or posting content using an information terminal. An information provision system according to the present invention is provided with a terminal device for communicating, via a network, first content corresponding to a prescribed word, and an information processing device for transmitting some of a plurality of second content collected via the network to the terminal device, wherein the information processing device is provided with: a storage means for storing a plurality of words and a plurality of related words related to each of the words in correlation with each other; an extraction means for analyzing the first content acquired from the terminal device and extracting a prescribed word; a specification means for referring to the storage means and specifying one among the plurality of related words that is correlated to the extracted prescribed word; a selection means for selecting third content corresponding to the specified related word from among the plurality of second content; and a transmission means for transmitting the selected third content to the terminal device.
