Zusammenfassung:	Expandable scaffolds or stents include circumferential elements having a corrugated pattern, which can include a plurality of linear or nonlinear segments. The corrugated pattern distributes stress more uniformly along the circumferential elements, improves radial strength of the scaffolds, reduces acute recoil after deployment, and reduces creep. The scaffolds can be made from a bioabsorbable material. Des supports ou endoprothèses dilatables comprennent des éléments circonférentiels présentant un motif ondulé et pouvant comprendre plusieurs segments linéaires ou non linéaires. Le motif ondulé répartit les contraintes de façon plus homogène le long des éléments circonférentiels, améliore la résistance radiale des supports, limite le recul aigu après déploiement et réduit le glissement. Les supports peuvent être constitués d'un matériau bioabsorbable.
