Zusammenfassung:	A film attachment device of an energy storage device comprises: a base body; a case support arranged on the base body and on which a case having a through hole formed at a side surface is arranged; a heater for supplying high frequencies to the case so as to heat the case; and a gas permeable membrane pressing unit for pressing a gas permeable membrane arranged at the portion having the through hole formed among the inner surfaces of the case.
