A device for osteosynthesis (1) comprises: an intramedullary nail (2) which is a cylindrical body having a through hole (25) and through which a pin hole (22) and a screw hole (23) are formed, the pin hole (22) intersecting with the through hole (25) and the screw hole (23) being substantially parallel to the pin hole (22) and intersecting with the through hole (25); a lag screw (3) which has a threaded portion (33) formed on an outer peripheral surface of one end and a mating portion (35) that is a first linking portion disposed on another end, and which is capable of being inserted through the screw hole (23); a sub-pin (41) which is formed shorter than the lag screw (3) and sharp on one end, has a second linking portion disposed on another end, and is capable of being inserted through the pin hole (22); and a connecting body (4) which is capable of fixing the mating portion (35) and the second linking portion that are oriented in the same direction when the lag screw (3) is inserted through the screw hole (23) and the sub-pin (41) is inserted through the pin hole (22).
