La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique, pour traiter un cancer résistant au rayonnement ou aux médicaments, qui contient un agent pouvant inhiber l'expression de la protéine-3 associée à un facteur de croissance dérivé d'hépatome (HDGF) (HRP-3), un procédé pour traiter un cancer résistant au rayonnement ou aux médicaments par l'administration de la composition pharmaceutique, et l'utilisation d'un inhibiteur HRP-3 pour préparer un agent afin de traiter un cancer résistant au rayonnement ou aux médicaments. L'utilisation de la composition pharmaceutique de la présente invention permet de traiter un cancer résistant, conjointement avec une chimiothérapie ou radiothérapie anticancéreuse classique. Par conséquent, la composition pharmaceutique de la présente invention peut réduire à la fois les coûts de développement d'agents anticancéreux contre des cancers résistants et les coûts pour traiter des cancers chez des patients, étant ainsi utile pour le traitement économique et efficace de cancers résistants. |
