Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for treating a radiation- or drug-resistant cancer, containing an agent capable of inhibiting the expression of hepatoma-derived growth factor (HDGF)-related protein-3 (HRP-3), a method of treating a radiation- or drug-resistant cancer by administering the pharmaceutical composition, and the use of an HRP-3 inhibitor for preparing an agent for treating a radiation- or drug-resistant cancer. The use of the pharmaceutical composition of the present invention enables to treat a resistant cancer in combination with a conventional anticancer chemotherapy or radiotherapy. Accordingly, the pharmaceutical composition of the present invention can reduce both the costs for developing anticancer agents against resistant cancers and the costs for treating cancers in patients, thus being useful for the economic and effective treatment of resistant cancers. La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique, pour traiter un cancer résistant au rayonnement ou aux médicaments, qui contient un agent pouvant inhiber l'expression de la protéine-3 associée à un facteur de croissance dérivé d'hépatome (HDGF) (HRP-3), un procédé pour traiter un cancer résistant au rayonnement ou aux médicaments par l'administration de la composition pharmaceutique, et l'utilisation d'un inhibiteur HRP-3 pour préparer un agent afin de traiter un cancer résistant au rayonnement ou aux médicaments. L'utilisation de la composition pharmaceutique de la présente invention permet de traiter un cancer résistant, conjointement avec une chimiothérapie ou radiothérapie anticancéreuse classique. Par conséquent, la composition pharmaceutique de la présente invention peut réduire à la fois les coûts de développement d'agents anticancéreux contre des cancers résistants et les coûts pour traiter des cancers chez des patients, étant ainsi utile pour le traitement économique et efficace de cancers résistants.
