Zusammenfassung: | A production method for lignite forming, comprising: drying and pyrolyzing lignite, wherein after the pyrolysis, coal gas is used as a fuel for the drying and pyrolysis of raw coal, and coal tar is collected and partly used as a raw material of a waterproof binder; crushing the lignite semi-coke into semi-coke particles and uniformly mixing with the waterproof binder proportionately, and then subjecting same to mechanical forming. The waterproof binder is formulated following the steps below: a polymer cellulose and water are mixed under stirring until the polymer cellulose is completely dissolved, and then coal tar is added and stirred until uniform. Each product produced by the pyrolysis of lignite has been fully utilized, and is economical. The main raw material of the waterproof binder has extensive sources, low costs, is environmentally friendly, low environmental pollution, and a good waterproof effect.
