L'invention concerne divers procédés, dispositifs et systèmes consistant à disposer un ballonnet sur un fourreau en combinaison avec une arthérectomie orbitale afin de réduire le nombre d'étapes lors de la procédure. Dans certains modes de réalisation, le ballonnet comprend un ballonnet à basse pression adjonctif afin d'empêcher tout traumatisme des vaisseaux pendant la dilatation.
