The device comprises: a power terminal, a signal receiving terminal, a signal transmitting terminal, a control terminal, and a detection circuit; the detection circuit comprises a first terminal, a second terminal, and a third terminal, the first terminal connecting to the power terminal; the second terminal connects to the signal receiving terminal and the signal transmitting terminal and is provided in between; the third terminal connects to the control terminal; the control terminal is used to receive a control signal, and when the control signal is in a first state, the resistance between the first terminal and the second terminal is of a first resistance value, and when the control signal is in a second state, the resistance between the first terminal and the second terminal is of a second resistance value, the first resistance value being different from the second resistance value.
