Zusammenfassung: | A method and a device for ultrasonic-assisted quenching. The method comprises the following steps: S1. connecting a to-be-treated workpiece (4) with an ultrasonic device tightly and fixedly; S2. heating the workpiece (4) to a set quenching temperature and keeping the temperature for a certain time; S3. starting the ultrasonic device, inputting ultrasonic waves directly into the workpiece (4), with the frequency of the ultrasonic waves generated by the ultrasonic device being close to the inherent frequency of the to-be-treated workpiece (4); and S4. immersing the workpiece (4) into a cooling medium to cool it rapidly for quenching treatment. The device comprises the ultrasonic device and a heating device (5). Under the auxiliary effect of an ultrasonic energy field, a heat-treated structure with fine grains can be obtained, so that the strength, hardness and plasticity of the material can be enhanced, and the service life of the workpiece (4) can be prolonged.
