[Solution] A spring unit is disposed in a head such as a stirring head or a shower head for discharging a carbonated spring in a carbonated spring production device for dissolving carbonic acid gas in hot water or water, and comprises a compression spring, and a bottom plate formed at the lower end of the compression spring, and the hot water or the water is discharged through gaps of the compression spring.
