Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to the association of association of at least one phosphate binder, at least one uremic toxin binder, at least one vasoactive antihypertensive agent and at least one antifibrotic agent for the management of progressive renal diseases including chronic kidney diseases (CKD) in domestic carnivores; specifically, the present invention is directed to veterinarian compositions comprising said association and use thereof for the treatment of CKD conditions. L'invention concerne l'association d'au moins un liant aux phosphates, d'au moins un liant aux toxines urémiques, d'au moins un agent anti-hypertenseur vasoactif et d'au moins un agent antifibrotique pour la prise en charge des néphropathies évolutives, notamment la les néphropathies chroniques chez l'animal de compagnie carnivore. L'invention concerne en particulier des compositions vétérinaires comprenant ladite association et leur utilisation pour traiter les néphropathies chroniques.
