A circuit pattern pressing device (100) is provided with: a table (60) which anchors a substrate (110) on which a circuit pattern has been printed and moves the substrate (110) in a horizontal direction; a cylindrical roller (80); a roller holding mechanism (70) which attaches the roller (80) so as to be rotatable and vertically movable; and a pressing control unit (51) which, during movement of the table (60), applies pressure to the roller (80) in a direction in which the roller (80) descends, and rotates the roller (80) so that, by way of the rotating roller (80), the circuit pattern is compressed while being rubbed.
