L'invention se rapporte à un système de traçage de transactions qui comprend un vendeur, un acheteur et plusieurs personnes faisant des recommandations au moyen d'un dispositif fonctionnant sur Internet qui peut suivre et mémoriser toutes les données associées à la chaîne de recommandations menant à une transaction distincte. Le système de traçage permet, par le biais du dispositif fonctionnant sur Internet qui appartient à l'acheteur, un suivi complet des événements de recommandation menant à une transaction complètement consommée.
