Inlet and outlet fuel line couplings are provided so that the water separation filter can be installed as an in-line filter between a fuel tank and a combustion engine. L'invention porte sur un filtre de séparation d'eau doté d'un premier compartiment comprenant un filtre particulaire et d'un second compartiment comprenant un filtre hydrophobe pour l'élimination de contaminants particulaires et d'eau d'un carburant circulant dans le filtre. Des raccords d'entrée et de sortie pour raccordement à une canalisation de carburant sont fournis de sorte que le filtre de séparation d'eau peut être installé comme filtre en ligne entre un réservoir de carburant et un moteur à combustion.
