METHOD FOR PRODUCING SYNTHESIS GAS FOR CONVERSION TO PRODUCTS

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Synthesegas für die Umsetzung zu Produkten, insbesondere für die Synthesegasverflüssigung. Um das Verfahren derart weiterzuentwickeln, dass eine Steigerung der Synthesegasproduktion erzielt wird, werden folgende Verfahrensschritte durchgeführt: a) Zuführung eines kohlenstoffhaltigen Brennstoffes (1) in einen Reaktor (6), in dem der Brennstoff (1) zu einem rohen Synthesegas (2) umgesetzt wird; b) Reinigung des rohen Synthesegases (2), wobei das gereinigte rohe Synthesegas (2) mit entstandenem Methan als Hauptsynthesegasstrom (3) der Synthesegasumsetzung zugeführt wird, bei der auch ein Abgas (4) produziert wird; c) Konvertierung des produzierten Abgases (4) in ein reines Synthesegas (5) und Zuführung des reinen Synthesegases in den Hauptsynthesegasstrom (3).
