PORTABLE EXERCISE DEVICE

The present invention relates to a portable exercise device which can improve the sense of balance of a user's whole body by exercising the whole body in addition to carrying out simple stretches and muscle strength training even in narrow spaces regardless of whether the user is inside or outside such that the user can continuously maintain a healthy body, the portable exercise device comprising: a handle having a cylindrical shape; a jump rope member which is provided by being screw-coupled to the handle such that jump roping can be carried out; a dumbbell member which is provided by being screw-coupled to the handle so as to work out the arm muscles; a muscle training member which is provided by being screw-coupled to the handle so as to work out the chest muscles, back muscles, and arm muscles; and a whole body exercise member which is provided by being screw-coupled to the handle so as to work out the leg muscles, abdominal muscles, back muscles, and arm muscles using the whole body, wherein one from among the jump rope member, the dumbbell member, the muscle training member, and the whole body exercise member is coupled to the handle such that muscle training, stretching, and a whole body exercise can be carried out, and one from among the jump rope member, the dumbbell member, the muscle training member, and the whole body exercise member is provided at the handle such that a user can carry out suitable exercises for his or herself. Furthermore, the portable exercise device can be carried very easily since the handle, the jump rope member, the dumbbell member, the muscle training member, and the whole body exercise member are small and lightweight, and thus, a user can easily move the portable exercise device to the outside or indoors and can comfortably exercise by using the device.
