METHOD FOR DRYING AND LOW-TEMPERATURE CARBONIZATION OF LIGNITE BY STEAM HEAT CONDUCTION

A method for drying and low-temperature carbonization of lignite with steam heat conduction, comprising: placing a material to be dried into more than two drying chambers in sequential communication and sealing the drying chambers, and then introducing steam into one of the drying chambers until the drying chamber is full with the steam and reaches a steam pressure as needed, then stopping the introduction of the steam and activating the heating device in the drying chamber; when the temperature of the steam is increased exceeding the burning point of the material, prolonging the heating time so as to achieve the low-temperature carbonization of the material.
