Zusammenfassung:	The subject of the invention is a seal interposed between two surfaces (60, 62) of an aircraft propulsion assembly. According to the invention, said seal comprises at least two layers, each one comprising a plurality of strands (68) made of a heat-resistant material, the strands of a first layer being directed in a first direction and the strands of a second layer being directed in a second direction different from the first direction. L'objet de l'invention est un joint intercalé entre deux surfaces (60, 62) d'un ensemble propulsif d'un aéronef. Selon l'invention, ledit joint comprend au moins deux couches comprenant chacune une pluralité de brins (68) réalisés en un matériau résistant à la chaleur, les brins d'une première couche étant orientés selon une première orientation et les brins d'une deuxième couche étant orientés selon une deuxième orientation différente de la première orientation.
