Zusammenfassung:	The application relates to a process for producing a fertilizing phytoprotective composition comprising producing distilled wood vinegar extract (pyroligneous acid, preferably produced by distillation under reduced pressure) mixed with chitosan (preferably with a minimum degree of deacetylation of 97%) and a mineral solution (containing one or more of silicon, boron, molybdenum, manganese, zinc, calcium and copper), for producing the fertilizing composition that is also claimed. The application also defines applying the formulation to plants and parts thereof (fruit). La présente demande concerne un procédé d'obtention d'une composition fertilisante et phytoprotectrice, consistant à obtenir un extrait pyroligneux distillé (acide pyroligneux, obtenu de préférence par distillation sous vide) mélangé à du chitosane (de préférence avec un degré de désacétylation d'au moins 97%) et une solution minérale (d'un ou de plusieurs éléments choisis parmi le silicium, le bore, le molybdène, le manganèse, le zinc, le calcium et le cuivre), de manière à produire la composition fertilisante également revendiquée. L'application de cette formulation sur des plantes et leurs parties (fruits) est également décrite dans la présente demande. O pedido apresenta um processo de obtenção de composição fertilizante e fitoprotetora que compreende a obtenção de extrato - pirolenhoso destilado (ácido pirolenhoso, preferencialmente obtido por destilação a vácuo) misturado à quitosana (preferencialmente, com grau de desacetilação mínimo de 97%) e a solução mineral (de um ou mais dentre silício, boro, molibdênio, manganês, zinco, cálcio e cobre), de modo a produzir a composição fertilizante também pleiteada.
