METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING DENTURES USING ARRANGEMENT CORE

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing dentures using an arrangement core. During the manufacture of dentures, the method can select one arrangement core corresponding to a jawbone imprint from among sample arrangement cores having a plurality of biting planes and biting arches, and seat and arrange the artificial teeth quickly and easily in insertion parts of the arrangement core so that not only can the time required for arranging artificial teeth be significantly reduced, but also the artificial teeth can be manufactured having excellent aesthetics, shaping degree, and bite correctness. The method for manufacturing dentures using an arrangement core according to one preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: taking a jawbone imprint of at least one location from the lower jaw and/or upper jaw of a patient who will use dentures; comparing the jawbone imprint and a plurality of sample arrangement cores and selecting the arrangement core that is the most similar in shape; seating and disposing the artificial teeth inside the insertion parts of the selected arrangement core in accordance with teeth order; mounting the arrangement core having the artificial teeth disposed therein on an articulator and checking the bite correctness; and using a wax material to fix the artificial teeth base part of the arrangement core mounted into the articulator.
