La présente invention concerne une composition anti-paludique contenant un composé dérivé N-acétyl-L-Leucyl-L-Leucyl-L-norleucinal (ALLN) utilisé comme principe actif. Le composé dérivé ALLN selon la présente invention peut être utilisé comme principe actif dans une composition pharmaceutique destinée à prévenir et à traiter le paludisme.
