Zusammenfassung:	The purpose of the present invention is to accurately estimate the state of charge using the open circuit voltage for a battery. A control unit (50) uses a SOC-OCV table (61) and a DOD-OCV table (62) to estimate the state of charge for the battery on the basis of the measured or estimated open circuit voltage for the battery. The control unit (50) refers to the SOC-OCV table (61) when the battery capacity is increasing to estimate the state of charge for the battery, and refers to the DOD-OCV table (62) when the battery capacity is declining to estimate the state of charge for the battery. La présente invention concerne l'estimation précise de l'état de charge en utilisant la tension à vide d'une batterie. Une unité de commande (50) utilise une table SOC-OCV (61) et une table DOD-OCV (62) pour estimer l'état de charge de la batterie en fonction de la tension à vide mesurée ou estimée de la batterie. L'unité de commande (50) consulte la table SOC-OCV (61) lorsque la capacité de la batterie augmente afin d'estimer l'état de charge de la batterie, et consulte la table DOD-OCV (62) lorsque la capacité de la batterie diminue afin d'estimer l'état de charge de la batterie.
