Zusammenfassung:	Provided is a CMOS input buffer. The CMOS input buffer comprises a CMOS input following circuit, a following transistor linearity improvement circuit, a current source load and a load impedance linearity improvement circuit, wherein the CMOS input following circuit is used for following the change of an input signal to output an output signal which follows the input signal; the following transistor linearity improvement circuit is used for acquiring the change trend of the input signal and feeding the input signal back to act on the CMOS input following circuit; the current source load is used for providing a bias current for the CMOS input following circuit to operate normally; and the load impedance linearity improvement circuit is connected between the CMOS input following circuit and the current source load, and is used for enhancing the absolute value of the impedance of the current source load, reducing the relative amplitude change of the absolute value, and improving the linearity of the load impedanc
